ARTICLE I: The general conditions of sale
The General Conditions of Sale detailed below apply to all orders placed with the company “Versade Fleurs”. Any contrary condition set by the buyer will therefore, failing express acceptance, be unenforceable against the seller regardless of when it may have been brought to his attention.
The fact that the seller does not avail himself at a given time of any of these general conditions of sale, cannot be interpreted as a waiver to avail himself later of any of the said conditions.
ARTICLE II: Orders

Versade Flowers only holding the buyer’s information for delivery, Versade Flowers will not be held responsible for a probable inability to find the place of delivery if the wording of the recipient’s contact details were incorrect.
The product offers of candles and dried flowers are valid while stocks last.
The bouquets composed by VERSADE may vary from the photos presented on the Versade Fleurs website depending on the flowers available in the season.
Any cancellation of the order of fresh flowers by the buyer cannot be taken into consideration and will therefore not be refunded.
For orders of candles, dried flowers or plants, the customer has the possibility of retracting for 7 days after placing his order. In this case, it is necessary to send a withdrawal email to email@example.com
ARTICLE III: delivery
The recipient will be contacted by phone to set the delivery time. However, if the latter were to be absent at the time of the requested delivery, Versade Fleurs will leave a notice in the mailbox which will allow the recipient to come and collect his delivery himself.
